Transitioning Well Presents

Transitioning Presents unpacks those messy intersections between life and work. In this series we’re focusing on the messy intersections for working parents – and discuss what it is new and expectant parents need to flourish in the workplace, and how employers can build the scaffolding needed to not only retain parents (and valuable talent) in their organisation, but help them thrive as they transition from working person to working parent. With a strong focus on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and with the support of one of Transitioning Well’s registered workplace psychologists, we’ll unpack such topics as boundaries, flexibility, communication and – perhaps most crucially – support.
