The ongoing seasons of parenthood

Often we talk about those early stages of returning to work after baby but the reality is there are ongoing seasons to parenthood, and with it new paths to navigate and new roles to play as parents.

Needs change as our kids begin to grow, to start school, navigate new relationships, start jobs, get their licence. Each moment presents with it new and different needs. In this episode we will unpack what that looks like in a work context, and we'll look at what support can look like from a parent point of view, and from a manager point of view.
